- Orders will be ready for pick up at our warehouse after a minimum of 48 hours. When your order is ready your sales representative will reach you via phone or email to inform you.
- The seller will not be held liable for any damage caused during transportation.
- The seller shall not be liable for any loss, damage or penalty because of any delay in or failure to manufacture, deliver.
- MARBLE is a very soft and porous stone that can scratch, chip, stain and/or etch easier than other types of natural stone. Polished marbles can show scratches easier whereas honed marbles can stain easier.
- Marble is a product of nature. Natural color and shades will vary from one piece to another, and no two pieces will ever be alike.
- Any liquids left on the surface of a stone can penetrate the stone, even if sealed.
- Oil can stain any natural stone, even if sealed.
- Once installed, no claims will be accepted for all products. THE SELLER IS NOT EITHER LIABLE OR RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY SPECIAL AND INDIRECT DAMAGES AFTER INSTALLATION OF THE PRODUCTS.
- Authorized returns will be subjected to a %25 restocking fee and must be in their original packaging. Open, damaged, broken or wet pallets will not be accepted.
- Any paid merchandise that is not picked up within 90 days will be subjected to a storage fee of $50 per pallet, per month. The customer will be responsible for paying this fee prior to material being released for delivery or pick up unless otherwise authorized.
